A few years after her trip to Paris, Camille finds herself living in Southern Louisiana, just outside of Lafayette. She hops on I-10 to drive to work with the windows down and the hot, humid air engulfs her. She hasn’t heard from Andrew and is hoping it stays that way. She drives on the overpass and over the bayous, letting them swallow her up as she makes her way into the soulful city she calls home.
